    Benefits of Stretching

    By Carolyn Hall

You may think stretching is just for athletes and hard core gym work-outs. I was a gymnast; stretching was very important for injury prevention, increased flexibility and range of motion. The Cure for Your “But”

      – By Ralph Osuch

Over the weekend, I was at my local REI store looking for a new pair of shoes for an upcoming race that I signed up for. While I was there, I saw a chalkboard sign that they had on display. Because I have used most of them. But you see, that was in the past. I was sick a nnnnnnnnnd tired of being sick and tired. I was tired of feeling bloated all the time. I was tired of continuously being larger jeans due to my belly growing and looking like I was a pregnant male. Most of all I was tired of seeing friends dying due to heart attacks. Continue Reading
